Xue Pian Phoenix Oolong

This is a winter harvest Phoenix Oolong. Xue pian means snow leaf, inspired by its high grown heritage. This excellent Phoenix Oolong manages to exude the most prized honey aromatics, and an abundant amount of floral notes. The mouth-feel is so rich in complexity that it's hard to forget.

GROWING REGION

Guangdong, China: The southern province of Guangdong, once known as Canton, is a subtropical region, strongly influenced from the moist air of the South China Sea. Here oolong, black, and green teas are grown. Among Guangdong teas, Feng Huang or Phoenix oolong from the Feng Huang Shan (Phoenix Mountain) area is most highly regarded.
