Spring Harvest Imperial Green Oolong
This extraordinary spring harvested high mountain Oolong has again been selected from the famed Foshou Shan region. Harvested at around 2600 meters, this is one of the highest grown teas in our inventory. Our Imperial Green Oolong always features full-bodied textures, a silky mouth-feel, and deep layers of flavor. This year's harvest is exceptionally floral, with a delicate perfumed aroma reminiscent of the most fragrant of orchids.
"Imperial" Teas: Imperial Tea Court was named after the courts of nobility in ancient China. We only give the designation "Imperial" to teas that we think are exceptional, befitting a distinguished audience. We hope you enjoy trying these unique offerings as much as we enjoy sourcing and sharing them with you.

| Steeping Temperature | 95C/158F |
| Steeping Time | 2 minutes |
Always adjust to your personal preferences!
