BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
Our Organic Dragon Well is a straight-forward green tea with a slightly larger leaf size. We usually like to brew this type of Dragon Well with medium to slightly higher temperature water to bring out the magical painkilling and calming essence that seems to come with good quality Dragon Wells from the West Lake region. We suggest starting with the standard 3-5 grams of tea (always with good tasting water) as a starting point. Infuse for a 1-2 minutes and drain into another cup or vessel to enjoy. If you use higher temperature water, it may be wise to allow the liquor to cool a bit before sipping so you can savor the unique intensity that comes only from a good Dragon Well. Lower temperature water produces better mouth-feel and less astringency, higher temperature brings intensity but may be coupled with a bit more bitterness. Always adjust quantity of leaves, infusion time, and water temperature according to your personal preferences.
