BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
Organic Ceylon Black Tea may be brewed in a regular teapot, Gaiwan, or gongfu style in a small Yixing clay pot. Use approximately one teaspoon per person in very hot, but not quite boiling water: 90′-95’C (194′-203’F). Infuse 2 to 5 minutes depending on desired strength. Re-steep by gradually increasing steeping time.
I buy this tea in bulk because it’s my favorite tea. It is mild and smooth, easy drinking and not astringent. A wonderful relaxing tea experience.
