This extraordinary tea is produced in Sichuan's Meng Ding mountain, an area blessed with fertile soil and ample rain, which makes it perfectly suited for growing tea. High quality teas have been produced on Meng Ding mountain since the Tang Dynasty, and some of the best teas were tributed to the Imperial Court. Tea from Meng Ding is so well known that ancient poets equated Meng Ding tea with the arrival of spring. This exceptional green tea is entirely hand-fashioned into dark green leaf sets with white fur strips, making it look like a beautiful bud with drops of spring dew.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
Always start your tea brewing with clean, fresh great-tasting water. Rather than boiling your water and then waiting for it to cool down, we recommend heating the water to a lower temperature, below boiling. Mid-temperature infusions are suggested for this tea. As always, adjust temperature, steeping time, and the amount of leaves based on your own preferences.
