This exceptional green tea is entirely hand-fashioned into dark green leaf sets with white fur strips, making it look like a beautiful bud with drops of spring dew. When brewed, this tea produces a light yellow-green infusion in the cup with a smooth and soothing mouthfeel. The tea announces itself with a slight vegetal note on the front of the palate that mellows out into a lingering sweetness. Unlike other green teas that can be very savory and umami-forward, the Rain Flower leans more towards fresh, sweet, and tranquil.
