Imperial Chili and Tea Sauce

I have used this chili oil for many years, love the subtle flavors and the perfect amount of heat. I use it on all kinds of dishes, but it really shine on asian foods.

I have been using this Chili and Tea Sauce for awhile in recipes that call for chili sauce. I like it because it is lightly spicy and doesn't overwhelm the flavor of the dish. It has a very pleasant flavor that can be added to other sauces without overpowering the flavor of that sauce.
