BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
We suggest brewing 1 tea bag of the Chamomile Harmony Blend in 8 ounces of 100C/212F water. Steep for 3 minutes. Your ideal cup of tea is a personal experience, so always adjust steeping time, water temperature, and amount of leaves according to your own preferences.
