This tea is lovely. I used to order chocolate rather than coffee in a cafe in Barcelona. Their tea was execrable but their tortilla was heavenly. This tea has a hint of very good chocolate without any flavoring nonsense. Just tea that is tea in the fullness of its body and weight. Don't oversteep it, four minutes with my slightly calcium and limestone tinged water. When I get this just right get the pleasure of the present moment of tea with a nostalgic reminder of something that was entirely different.
