BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
Organic English Breakfast is a versatile tea which may be prepared with either a large teapot, individual Gaiwans or gongfu style in an Yixing clay pot. We suggest steeping approximately 3-5 grams of tea per 8-10 oz of near-boiling for 2 to 4 minutes. Re-steep by gradually increasing steeping time.

This tea is lovely. I used to order chocolate rather than coffee in a cafe in Barcelona. Their tea was execrable but their tortilla was heavenly. This tea has a hint of very good chocolate without any flavoring nonsense. Just tea that is tea in the fullness of its body and weight. Don't oversteep it, four minutes with my slightly calcium and limestone tinged water. When I get this just right get the pleasure of the present moment of tea with a nostalgic reminder of something that was entirely different.

What a nice way to wake up in the morning. Sometimes an almost chocolate like note at the back of the palate that floats up through the nose. Lovely when that happens.
