Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy:
All orders will be shipped according to the customer’s selected method of shipping.
Imperial Tea Court releases responsibility for packages once they are checked in by the shipping service. If you have questions about the location of your package please use the tracking information provided and direct inquiries to the shipping service of your choice.
Refund/Return Policy:
For in-store purchases, original sales receipt must accompany returns. For online orders, please provide online order ID.
We accept returns for exchange or refund 3 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 3 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way. Bags of tea must not be opened.
• within 3 calendar days of the delivery date
• must not be a special order or a custom order
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once received.
