Imperial Tea Court releases responsibility for packages once they are checked in

For in-store purchases, original sales receipt must accompany returns. For online orders, please provide online order ID.

offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered
and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused
