BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
Winter Spice Blend can be prepared in either a tea pot or a Gaiwan. Allow approximately 3-5 grams of tea per person and infuse with near-boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Resteep 3-4 times, gradually increasing infusion time and temperature.
I love the way that the fennel and citrus stand out in this spicy tea. Very fragrant, and is just one of those teas that makes me happy. I'll drink it as iced tea in the summer.
