Everyday Green Tea
The Everyday Green Tea has remained one of our most popular green teas, and it keeps getting better every year. We have a refined sorting process to make the leaves uniform in size and color, which improves the overall flavor by helping the tea brew more evenly. The Everyday Green exhibits balance and body with a mouth-feel that is thick and silky when prepared using appropriate lower-temperature water. You can also use mid to high-temperature water, allowing the tea to cool slightly right before drinking. The Everyday Green is very forgiving and easy to brew and priced for everyday economical enjoyment.
GROWING REGION
Zhejiang, China: Zhejiang, China is an eastern coastal province with a humid, subtropical climate. One of the most famous tea producing regions in China, records of tea production here date back as early as the Wei and Jin Dynasties, 1500 years ago.
BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
We suggest steeping 3-5 grams of tea in a standard 6 oz. Gaiwan with mid-temperature water for 1-3 minutes. A longer steeping time and/or higher temperature will yield more intensity; a shorter stepping time and/or lower temperature will allow the tea to reveal its more subtle flavors. Always adjust quantity of leaves, infusion time, and water temperature according to your personal preferences.
