BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
Due to the light fluffy nature of this tea, we recommend using a minimum of 5 grams of tea per 6 oz of water. If you are “eye-balling” the quantity of leaves to use, you may need to use a bit more than you think to ensure correct level of flavor. We suggest infusing this tea in 175-180 degree water for 2-3 minutes. Always adjust temperature, steeping time and amount of tea used according to your personal preference. Don’t be afraid to experiment!
