BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
We recommend enjoying this tea with a traditional Gaiwan preparation. In a pre-warmed cup place 3-5 grams of tea and add a few drops of hot water to release its aroma. Cover with near-boiling water and infuse for 2-3 minutes. Re-steep by gradually increasing infusion time and water temperature. Always adjust quantity of leaves, infusion time, and water temperature according to your personal preferences.
