Bamboo Puerh Knife

Our founder, Roy, found this handy traditional puerh knife in a teashop in Kunming, the capital of Yunnan and the home of puerh tea. The knife is designed to help break off chunks of puerh cakes, or bing cha. Simply insert the knife into the edge of the cake and gently twist off a teapot-sized slab.
