The Anhui Yellow Buds tea is produced with the classic “seal yellow” technique, where the teamaker will cover a partially dried green tea overnight to turn the tea yellow. BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
BREWING SUGGESTIONS We suggest 3-5 grams of tea per 6-8 oz water. Infuse with water for 1-3 minutes in a thin porcelain Gaiwan or cup. A starting temperature of 85C-185F is recommended. Decant the infused tea into a second cup before enjoying. Always adjust quantity of leaves, infusion time, and water temperature according to your personal preferences.
