BREWING SUGGESTIONS
We recommend a steeping time 1-3 minutes with 95C(203F) water. Yunnan Puerh may be infused 3 or more times. After the first infusion, you may wish to increase both steeping time and/or water temperature.
Imperial Tea Court’s standards are so high that this basic offering is better than many other pricier ones out there. Everything I want in a morning brew. Very quick delivery.
Earthy but not peaty.
Rich flavor. Dark tan color. Slight peppery aftertaste. I like it.
…and now so nice to be able to order it online. Thank you!
A rich strong tea. But not overbearing or coarse in any way, quite the opposite. Will re-steep two or three times in a clay pot.
