Superior Yin Hao Jasmine

Yin Hao Jasmine is ideally prepared in a porcelain Gaiwan or teapot. Use approximately one teaspoon of leaf per person. Infuse with 60-70C (140-158F) water for 1-3 minutes. Resteep by gradually increasing infusion time and water temperature. Always adjust quantity of leaves, infusion time, and water temperature according to your personal preferences.
