Snow Water Green
Produced in the famed tea growing region of Zhejiang, Snow Water Green is a beautiful tea, with perfectly formed “spearpoint” buds whose delicately colored golden liquor is crisp yet gentle and full body with a silky smooth finish. Snow Water Green is produced entirely by hand and sorted painstakingly by skilled workers.
Zhejiang, China: Zhejiang, China is an eastern coastal province with a humid, subtropical climate. One of the most famous tea producing regions in China, records of tea production here date back as early as the Wei and Jin Dynasties, 1500 years ago.
To prepare Snow Water Green we suggest a Gaiwan as the best method for showing off its beautiful leaves and maintaining the most control over the infusion. In a pre-warmed 6 oz Gaiwan, place 3-4 grams of leaf and cover with 60-70C (140-158F) water and steep without covering lid for 1-2 minutes. Pour off into tasting cups and enjoy. Re-steep by gradually increasing infusion time and water temperature. Always adjust quantity of leaves, infusion time, and water temperature according to your personal preferences.
