Red Envelope Blend
$15.00 – $60.00 — available on subscription
A stunning herbal blend as beautiful as it is aromatic. This tea includes sweet lavender flower, tangy orange peel, and fragrant jasmine tea. The pleasing bright red color comes from hibiscus flowers and gives the blend its name, which derives from the decorative bright red envelopes exchanged in China by family and friends on special occasions. Perfect for adding a little celebration to your morning or afternoon tea time or as a festive, low-caffeine treat.
For an infusion of Red Envelope we suggest using either a regular teapot or individual steeping cups. Allow approximately one teaspoon per cup and infuse with near-boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Always adjust quantity of leaves, infusion time, and water temperature according to your personal preferences.
It was as good as I remember.
I depend on Red Envelope Blend tea to get me through coastal Virginia’s short winter days and long winter nights! It’s sweet and soothing and the ruby color is an added visual incentive to drink more tea!
Summer has arrived when it is time to brew Red Envelope tea. No need for sweetener. This tea over ice is flavorful and refreshing. The second brew is milder, but still good.
When I crave something with boatloads of flavor and a bit of sweetness, this is my go-to blend. One of those “make sure it doesn’t run out” teas.
Gorgeous red and low caffeine makes it a daily, all day go to drink summer or winter.
