Organic Everyday Green
Organic Everyday Green Tea has remained one of our most popular green teas, and it keeps getting better every year. It is now NOP (National Organics Program) certified as organically grown. We have also refined the sorting process to make this tippy leaf more uniform in size and color, thus improving the overall flavor by helping the tea brew more evenly. This year’s Organic Everyday Green exhibits balancea nd body with a mouth-feel that is almost silky when prepared using lower-temperature water. You can also use mid-temperature water, cooled slightly right before drinking. Organic Everyday Green is very forgiving and easy to brew.
Zhejiang, China: Zhejiang, China is an eastern coastal province with a humid, subtropical climate. One of the most famous tea producing regions in China, records of tea production here date back as early as the Wei and Jin Dynasties, 1500 years ago.
We suggest steeping 3-5 grams of tea in a standard 6 oz. Gaiwan with mid-temperature water for 1-3 minutes. A longer steeping time and/or higher temperature will yield more intensity; a shorter stepping time and/or lower temperature will allow the tea to reveal its more subtle flavors. Always adjust quantity of leaves, infusion time, and water temperature according to your personal preferences.
