Our Imperial Chai has been gaining popularity since its introduction and many of you have asked us to create a Green Tea Chai. We heard you and we’ve done it! Formulated with herbs and spices to resemble the spiced green tea preferred by China’s Southwestern highlanders, Imperial Tea Court’s Mountaineer’s Green Tea Chai is strong and bold, perfectly suited to be enjoyed with milk and sugar or paired with strong or spicy foods.

BREWING SUGGESTIONS
Mountaineer’s Green Chai can be prepared in either a tea pot or a Gaiwan. Allow approximately 3-5 grams of tea per Gaiwan and infuse with near-boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Re-steep by gradually increasing infusion time and temperature. Always adjust quantity of leaves, infusion time, and water temperature according to your personal preferences.
Excellent from start to finish and very stimulating and balancing at the same time. I have been buying this tea for many years because it is compelling to have it on hand and to be loyal to the experience.
First tried this a year or so ago and immediately added this to my regular rotation.
It has a little more spring/summer feeling than the Imperial Chai.
Also, it makes an outstanding iced tea!!!
