Our limited quantity of superior grade Keemun has sleek black leaves, a rich golden amber infusion, and a strong, sweet aroma. Keemun is one of the most distinctive black teas in the world and this beautiful Keemun certainly stands up to the reputation. Keemun Golden Tip Mao Feng has a complex texture and flavors without excessive astringency, making it incredibly pleasant to drink.

GROWING REGION

Anhui, China: Province in southeastern China, known for producing black teas in the late 1800’s. A number of excellent green and black teas are now grown in the region.

BREWING SUGGESTIONS

We recommend a steeping time of 1-3 minutes with 90C/194F water. This tea may be infused 3 or more times, depending on your desired strength. After the first infusion, you may wish to increase both steeping time and/or water temperature.
