Fuzhou, China: Fuzhou, the capital of China’s Fujian province has been producing Jasmine teas since the Qing Dynasty. Most Jasmine tea experts will agree that the highest quality Jasmine blossoms and Jasmine teas are still produced in Fuzhou today.
For best results, we suggest brewing Jasmine Pearls in a Gaiwan at near boiling point. Infuse the pearls for a minute or two (depending on the amount of leaves used and the strength desired), drain into another cup and wait for the tea to cool a bit before enjoying. Use approximately 5 grams of pearls per 8 oz of water. Always adjust quantity of leaves, infusion time, and water temperature according to your personal preferences.
