BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
Warm your chawan (bowl) with hot water, empty and wipe it dry. Add 1-2 teaspoons to the bowl, depending on desired strength and viscosity. Optionally, you can sift the matcha into your chawan, which produces a creamier texture. Then, pour water into your bowl. We recommend using 75ml of water, heated to 75C, as a starting point. Using a chasen (bamboo whisk), move in repeated “W” shapes to incorporate air into the drink. Once adequately foamy and evenly mixed, enjoy.
