For those of you who have been drinking this natural wonder, not much needs to be said—but we must tell you that there is now a marked improvement over the last few years when Roy wasn’t able get on the field.

Additional scrutiny was applied to have the tea picked correctly and temperatures and firing time have been adjusted. A second hand sorting was implemented in order to remove any unsatisfactory leaves.

2017's Lotus Heart is intensely fragrant with a unspeakably thick and elastic texture. When brewed with good water and mild temperature, there’s just enough of a bite to remind you of the power of a truly great Dragon Well.
