China White with Chrysanthemum


According to written records, teas have been produced in Fujian Province for well over 1,600 years. The region currently produces five different categories of tea most of which originated in the province.

China White, Chrysanthemum*:

The smooth, distinctive taste of superior quality white tea from Fujian province is beautifully combined with the full, sweet flavor of dried chrysanthemum blossoms. An attractive and unique treat for teatime anytime.

China White with Chrysanthemum may be prepared in either a regular teapot or individual covered steeping cups for a more attractive presentation. In the pre-warmed vessel place 3-5 grams of tea and cover with 75-80C (167-176F) water and allow to infuse for 3-5 minutes. Re-steep by gradually increasing infusion time and water temperature.
