Description

A gentle and well-balanced "finished" Puerh that is ready to drink now. It has just the right amounts of earthy richness and soft, ripe viscosity. A few years of aging will improve the overall flavors.

PREPARATION:
The gentle nature of this Puerh requires more aggressive brewing in order to produce the desired intensity and flavors. We suggest using a standard 6 oz. gaiwan; fill with 3-4 grams of tea, cover with lid, and steep in near boiling water for 2-5 minutes (depending on how intense you want the flavor to be) to extract full flavors. Adjust steeping time, temperature, and quantity of leaves according to your personal preference. Drain the tea into another vessel to enjoy after each steeping in order to avoid over-steeping.
