Customers asked for it so now we're carrying it! The South African herbal drink Rooibos is gaining popularity as a caffeine-free substitute for black tea. Like black tea, it can be enjoyed plain or with milk and sugar. Our top-quality Rooibos is organic and yields a rich, red infusion.

Preparation:
Prepare as you would black tea, with 1-3 teaspoons per person and near-boiling water. Rooibos won't become bitter if oversteeped, however, it typically does not yield as many infusions as Camellia Sinensis.
