Everyday Green has proved one of our most popular Green teas for years. We are happy to say we have not left well enough alone but have instead made dramatic improvements! It is now NOP (National Organics Program) certified as organically grown. Also, we have refined the sorting process to make this tippy leaf more uniform in size and color, thus improving the overall flavor (since leaf of identical size and color always "sings" uniformly).

This year's Everyday Green exhibits its usual good balance and body with a mouth-feel that is almost silky when prepared using lower-temperature water (or mid-temperature water which is then allowed to cool down a bit before drinking). As usual, Organic Everyday Green is very forgiving and easy to make.

PREPARATION:
We suggest steeping 3-5 grams of tea in a standard 6 oz. gaiwan with mid-temperature water for 1-3 minutes. Adjust steeping time and water temperature according to the level of intensity desired. A longer steeping time and/or higher temperature will yield more intensity; a shorter stepping time and/or lower temperature will allow the tea to reveal its more subtle flavors.
