A crisp and robust certified organic English Breakfast style black tea blend. Beautifully complemented by milk and sugar or honey and lemon. Now available in non-organic "silk" pyramid teabags, enjoy full leaf tea with the teabag convenience.

Preparation:
Organic English Breakfast is a versatile tea which may be prepared with either a large teapot, individual gaiwans or gong fu style in an Yixing clay pot. We suggest using approximately 3-5 grams of leaf per 8-10 oz of water, brew with near boiling water for an infusion time of 2 to 4 minutes in order to bring out the fullest flavor. Organic English Breakfast may be re-steeped several times. After the first infusion you may wish to increase the steeping time, and for the third and subsequent infusions, water which has just come to a boil may be used.

Teabag steeping suggestion:
Simply put one silk tea bag into your favorite cup and infuse with appropriate temperature water and enjoy. Since these teabags are made of high quality teas, multiple infusions are suggested, adjust each subsequent infusion to taste.
