An invigoratingly brisk and full-flavored certified organic Ceylon tea from Sri Lanka. Delicious on its own or served with milk and sugar.

Preparation:
Organic Ceylon tea may be brewed in a regular teapot, gaiwan, or gong fu style in a small Yixing clay pot. Allow approximately one teaspoon per person in very hot, but not quite boiling water: 90'-95'C (194'-203'F). Infuse 2 to 5 minutes depending on desired strength. Re-steep by gradually increasing steeping time.
