"GONG XI FA CAI" - "Best wishes! Be wealthy!" The traditional Chinese New Year greeting is inscribed in an antique coin design on a special bundle of four individually wrapped New Year Puerh tea cakes. Ideal for aging or a special gift for Puerh aficionados. 4 individually wrapped 9oz. tea cakes (4.5" round 1" thick).

PREPARATION:
To prepare Puerh cake tea break off a small piece and gently crumble it into a teapot or gaiwan. Quickly flush (cover the leaves with hot water and pour it off) and appreciate the aroma of the wet leaves. Then infuse with near-boiling water for 1-3 minutes and serve. Puerh may be re-steeped 3 or 4 times.
