A popular Chinese specialty - fine black tea leaves infused with the deliciously sweet, full-bodied flavor of fresh lychee fruit. A good morning, afternoon, or desert tea. Tastes great iced, too.

Prepare Lychee Tea with either a full-sized teapot or in individual gaiwans. We recommend approximately 1-2 teaspoon of leaf per cup and very hot, but not quite boiling water with an infusion time of 2 to 3 minutes in order to bring out the fullest flavor. Lychee Black may be re-steeped by increasing the infusion time.
