We are pleased to welcome back this popular jasmine-scented oolong, produced with a fragrant fall-harvested Tie Guan Yin from Fujian Province. This year's Jasmine Oolong combines the gentle, sweet scent of fresh summer jasmine blossoms with Tie Guan Yin's own unique floral fragrances to yield full-bodied richness and spirit-lifting aromas.

PREPARATION:
We suggest steeping 3-5 grams of tea per 8 oz. of water at 70-80C for 1-3 minutes. Lower water temperature and lengthen steeping time to produce more floral character; raise water temperature and shorten steeping time to produce more intensity and full flavors. As always, adjust quantity of leaves, time and temperature according to personal preference.
