People say that you don't get the best of both worlds in life but we've done it this year! Some of this year's best spring harvested Bi Luo Chun has been saved and transformed into one of the best Jasmine teas on earth! The wonderfully soothing fragrances of fresh summer jasmine blossoms are speaking in full volume in this elegantly styled, silvery tipped green tea, yet the legendary smooth and silky mouth feel of one of China's top ten most famous teas--Bi Luo Chun--is not only retained but also becomes part of the complex nature of this great creation. Ancient Chinese called Bi Luo Chun the "Astonishing Fragrance" Tea. If they only knew what we've done!

Preperation:
We recommend a steeping time 1 to 3 minutes with 75°C/167°F water. Jasmine Bi Luo Chun may be infused 3 or more times. After the first infusion, you may wish to increase both steeping time and/or water temperature.
