We've designated this keemun "Imperial" our highest ranking. The quality of keemuns is steadily declining over the years but this Imperial Standard Mao Feng is one of the best we've offered in recent years; sweet, rich, and gently smoky like the great keemuns of yesteryear, with elegant fruit, hefty viscosity, and a bold red infusion. This beautiful Mao Feng leaf is exquisitely shaped and the flavor is pronounced without being overpowering: simply put, it is a keemun-lover's dream tea!

Preparation:
We recommend a steeping time 1 to 4 minutes with just boiled water (adjust quantity of leaf and steeping time according to taste). Keemun Mao Feng may be infused 3 or more times. After the first infusion, you may wish to increase steeping time and/or water temperature. It is also suitable to be prepared with English style tea preparation techniques.
