As you know, we have incredibly high standards for any tea to qualify as Imperial grade. If there were no Lotus Heart in this world, this would be the best Dragon Well anyone could find.

Usually, Imperial Dragon Well is picked a few days later in the harvest, but this year’s unstable weather forced us to pick everything at the same time, sorting out the slightly larger leaves to be produced as Imperial Dragon Well, the result is rather amazing as well.

The Imperial Dragon Well is NOT a lesser tea, rather, it is a different philosophy. Allowing the leaves to grow a bit bigger takes away a bit of the intensity, but instills more sweetness and milder strength, meaning less bitterness and a more forgiving nature. We fully encourage you to try both Dragon Wells side by side and discover the unequal strength, fragrance and textures of the world’s truly great Dragon Wells.

Super fast service! and great tea February 25, 2017

i wanted to taste the difference between Imperial and Superior Dragon Well so ordered both. Imperial is quite light and lovely. For every day drinking, i prefer the little stronger taste of Superior. But the Imperial for my meditation days is just right.

some issues with the pick-up January 3, 2016
Reviewer: David Ourisman from Berkeley, CA United States
I prepaid this order on the website, but when my assistant picked up the tea, they charged her card. She called yesterday to get the charge reversed. They said they did so, but the credit hasn't showed up yet.

Can you look into this?
