The fired Imperial Green
is incredibly smooth and rich in flavor but retaining that trademark, non-aggressive
nature. The aftertaste is long lastingly sweet and cleansing. And there's the

It is perfectly fine to brew this new, roasted green tea just the way
you make your favorite green tea by using lower temperature water. But we found that higher temperature actually
brings out more complexity and nuttiness.
We recommend using hot, but not boiling water with around 5 grams of tea
for a 6 oz. gaiwan. Infuse for a minute or two depending on the level of
intensity and strength you desire. Drain into a serving pitcher if you are
