PREPARATION: High Mountain Green Oolong is a versatile tea which may be prepared in many ways. Allow approximately one teaspoon of leaf per person and fairly hot water at 80-85°C (176-185°F) with an infusion time of 2 to 3 minutes. Oolong teas can be Re-steeped seveaal times by gradually increasing infusion time and temperature.
