One of our most popular tea selections. The quality of Imperial's Genmai Cha is evident in its dark green color, large, even leaf size, and perfect blend of lightly roasted and popped rice. The flavor of its bright yellow infusion is strong and savory with a pleasant aftertaste.

PREPARATION:
Perfect for an afternoon tea break or served with food. Genmai Cha is suited to both teapot and gaiwan preparation. Allow 15 grams of tea per 8-10 oz serving and infuse with near boiling water for 1-3 minutes, then serve.
