Each piece is expertly crafted from beautiful "purple-sand" Yixing clay and intricately packaged in a silk gift box, lined with ivory satin. The silk exterior is a luminous brocade that shifts and changes in different light and the two fasteners are replicas of an old-style ivory that slip perfectly into silk loops.
