To fully enhance the powerful yet poetic flavors of this great tea, we recommend using a bit more tea but longer steeping time in low temperature water. Use a min of 5 grams of tea per 6 oz of water and steep with your best tasting water at approximately 158F or 70C (lower temperature will better display the tea's unique sweetness without excessive astringency) for 1 -2 minutes, drain into another cup to enjoy.
