Dragon Wells are best
prepared with low temperature water to avoid excessive bitterness. We
suggest using a thin porcelain Gaiwan and approximately 5 grams of tea,
infuse with low temperature water for 1-3 minutes. Adjust stepping time
depending on the temperature of the water and intensity level desired.
Always drain the tea into another cup to enjoy, continue steeping will
eventually produce a cup that is too strong.
