Description

Named Dragon "Tips" for its sharp and pointed leaves, Snow Water Dragon Tips is a treat for any tea lover: a rare find of complexity and body. This exceptionally energetic and complex green tea seems to combine the virtues of Snow Water, Thousand Lakes Silver Needles, and West Lake Dragon Well: sweetness and full-bodied smoothness with nutty and buttery notes. This production is uniform and tippy with more of that unmistakable and delightfully thick silky viscosity. It's a one-of-a-kind tea full of deliciously complex spring flavors.

PREPARATION:
We recommend preparing Snow Water Dragon Tips in a pre-warmed 6 oz gaiwan. Place 3-5 grams of tea and steep in water at 65-70C (149-158F) for 1-3 minutes. This tea can be re-infused several times. Always adjust quantity of leaves, time and temperature according to personal preference, keep in mind that higher temperature produces more intensity, lower temperature yields softer mouth-feel but less flavor.
